Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of this PDF converter iOS application ("the App"), developed and published by Md Khaled Hasan ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. These Terms supplement, and where applicable incorporate, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

2. What the App does

The App lets you scan, import, convert, edit, organize, compress, merge, OCR, watermark, number, password-protect and share PDF documents. All processing happens on your device.

3. Free tier and Premium subscriptions

The App's core features — scanning, importing, editing and sharing documents — are free. Advanced features ("Premium"), such as format conversion, OCR, watermarks, password protection and compression, are available through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased via your Apple ID:

• Pro Weekly — billed every week
• Pro Yearly — billed every year

Current prices are always displayed in the App before purchase and are set in your local currency by the App Store. Subscription terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal charge is applied within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Purchases can be restored on a new device using Restore in the App's paywall or settings.
• All billing, refunds and payment disputes are handled by Apple under App Store policies; refunds can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The free version is supported by advertising. Where offered, you may watch a rewarded advertisement to use a Premium feature once, free of charge; rewarded unlocks may be limited per day. Premium removes all ads.

We may change which features are free or Premium, and prices (for future billing periods), at any time.

4. Your content

Documents and content you scan, import, or create remain yours. They are stored on your device and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for the content you process with the App and must hold the necessary rights to use it. You agree not to use the App to infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the App; not to circumvent its purchase mechanisms; and not to use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the App Store Terms of Service.

6. Accuracy of results

Conversion, compression and OCR results depend on the quality and layout of the source document. We do not warrant that conversions or recognized text will be perfectly accurate or that every file format or document will be supported. Always keep backups of important documents.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights other than the license in Section 1. Apple and the App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.; the App is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every file, document, or iOS version.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or documents, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Apple's role

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing product-liability, regulatory, consumer-protection and intellectual-property claims relating to the App. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Changes and termination

We may update the App, its features, its prices (for future billing periods), and these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may terminate the license if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it; active subscriptions must be cancelled separately as described in Section 3.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by local consumer law, and otherwise by the laws applicable to the developer's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where applicable, your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
